Quick-Mix POM Brownies

A recipe in my "POM Series". Check out my POM Wonderful post for explanation.  

This recipe begins with a cake mix base and is quick and easy to make!

Quick POM Brownies:

1 egg
3/4 c. POM Juice
1 (18.25oz) box Devil's Food Cake Mix

Mix egg and juice in bowl and add the dry cake mix. Stir well. Spread in a greased 13x9" pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for ~20-25 minutes.

Once cool, I sprinkled the brownies with powdered sugar.
